E-Poster Guidelines

  1. Authors are requested to provide 1 (one) slide presentation file (accepted format: pptx in pdf)
  2. E-poster format in 1 (one) slide of Power Point Presentation, created in 16:9 ration.
  3. File must be prepared that show the aim, methodology and results of the research work.
  4. NO PRINT OUTs are required for the E-poster.
  1. The title of the poster is the same as the title of the abstract submitted.
  2. Slight modification of the title if is not changing the abstract idea is allowed.

  2. Text is easy to read and concise. E-poster must have clear and easy-to-understand messages.
  1. Text and presentation of e-poster are in English.
  2. E-poster format in Power Point Presentation, created in 16:9 ratio.
  3. Number of page (slide): 1 slide.
  4. Please use .jpeg or .png file format in order to display E-poster.
  5. Please note copyright issues of the photos used when creating your e-poster.
  6. Title, Author’s name and affiliation are displayed at the top of e-poster, in Bold 18 font size.
  7. Please include JDW 2023 logo in the right upper corner of e-poster.
  1. Illustrations are the most important part of the e-poster and will attract the most attention.
  2. Colorful charts and graphs are the most readable. Explanations with illustrations are used instead of text whenever possible.
  3. Use only static images and don’t include any video or animation in your e-poster.
  4. Make the most of the space on your e-poster as creative and eye-catching as possible. Make sure the pictures are easy to understand.
  1. Make sure that you have received official information from JDW 2023 Committee stating that your abstract has been selected and is entitled to be included in the E-POSTER PRESENTATION session.
  2. E-poster slide submission period will be announced later. The Committee will create designated link for E-poster submission.

Dear colleagues,
On behalf of the Organizing Committee, it is a great honor to invite you all to the 14th Jakarta Digestive Week (JDW) to be held on 31 August – 2 September 2023.
The 14th JDW will be held in conjunction with Surgical Infection Society – Asia Pacific (SIS-AP). The meeting is scheduled on 2 September 2023 and will present the theme “Surgical Infection in Post Pandemic Covid-19”.
Bringing the theme “Improving Quality of Care in Colorectal Surgery”, the 14th JDW will consist of Workshops, Plenary, Benign Symposium, and Malignant Symposium. Local and International expert faculty member will part of this event and will provide you an overview of what progress has been made towards the complex issue in improving quality of care in colorectal surgery.

As the 14th JDW will also cover various update topics on colorectal surgery, Colorectal Malignancy, Colorectal Cancer. Therefore, the event offers a comprehensive opportunity to update and exchange knowledge and information among digestive surgeons, other specialties. General practitioners are also expected to join.
We sincerely hope all participants will be able to gain the optimal benefit from the 14th JDW and look forward to seeing in this coming event.

We proudly announce and warmly invite you to our upcoming event, the 14th Jakarta Digestive Week (JDW) that will be set on 31 August – 2 September 2023, organized by the Association of Indonesian Digestive Surgeons (IKABDI) of Jakarta Chapter. The 14th JDW will be held in conjunction with Surgical Infection Society – Asia Pacific (SIS-AP). SIS-AP to be held on 2 September 2023.

Association of Indonesian Digestive Surgeons (IKABDI) has continually conducted scientific events as the excellent opportunity to connect, gain new perspectives, gain substantial benefit, and create synergies and take an active role with local and global digestive surgeons’ community.

The 14th Jakarta Digestive Week (JDW) will consist of Workshops, Plenary, Benign Symposium, and Malignant Symposium which will stimulate further scientific discussions and debates. Bringing the theme “Improving Quality of Care in Colorectal Surgery”, the event will be an insightful event for digestive surgeons, other specialties, and general practitioners.
